GINA’S CRUSTLESS COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

Ingredients:

2 cups milk (I used nonfat milk and it turned out amazing)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter/margarine, cut up (I used half a stick and it turned out great)
1 1/3 cup tender flake coconut (flakes)
how to make it: – put all ingredients except for the coconut into a blender and mix for 2-3 minutes until mixed through. – add coconut and blend for a few seconds – pour into an ungreased 10″ pie plate (I used a square pan and it turned out great) – bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until golden on top
