1) Cut the stem out of the center of each piece, chop it up, then spin it in a salad spinner
2) add chopped red onion
3) chopped red pepper
4) chopped red cabbage
5) grated carrot and anything else you can think of
6) add sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Braggs sesame dressing works well, and then Braggs aminos (soy) sauce (from Whole Foods).
Tip: you can soak seeds and nuts for easier digestion…..braggs amino acids looks like soy sauce and kind of tastes like it too
Dressong alternative: add oranges and a squeeze of orange juice you don’t even need dressing
