Chef Carl Drakes Thai Curry Soup

Ingredients

1 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp ginger minced
1 red onion diced
1 red pepper diced
1 jalapeno diced small
2 celery stalks diced
1 carrot peeled and diced
tomato paste
red curry paste
soy sauce
rice wine vinegar
coconut milk

Method:
Sautee veggies add pastes, soy, vinegar and coconut milk. Whisk together. Bring to a simmer and cook for 45 min.
