Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

 
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Combine ground beef, evaporated milk, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into small meatballs.

Place meatballs on broiler pan and broil for 10 minutes. Combine ketchup and brown sugar in crockpot. Add browned meatballs to crockpot. Cover; cook on high for 30 minutes.

 

This recipe makes 1.5 dozen.
