Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 bottle BBQ sauce
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients and shape into small meatballs (about 4 dozen). Brown in a pan (9 x 13 works well) in 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain.
Pour one bottle of your favorite flavor of barbeque sauce over meatballs and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Put into crockpot or warmer/server to keep warm.
This recipe serves/makes 4 dozen.
